The health benefits are good, the personal time off given is good, the training is good to great, the k match is good, pension is good and many of the people working with the company are good to great.
Depending on who your leader is can really make or break a person's experience working with the company. Some leaders really like to give people on their team opportunities for growth and help them advance their career with the company. I was not so lucky and felt completely trapped working with the company and even worse when you are in this situation Human Resources acts more as a damage control and does little to help.
Listen to employees better. If a person has concerns about the job itself that is one thing. But if many employees are having a negative experience with the same leader do more to address these concerns because in the end ignoring these concerns will only have the long term effect of damaging the company's overall reputation.
